3 Warning Signs You are Over-Wearing Your Contact Lenses

Do you wear your contact lenses for more than 10 hours a day, 7 days a week? It's important to be aware of the signs that indicate you may be wearing them for too long! Here are the top three warning signs to watch out for:

1) difficulty removing your lenses at the end of the day—indicates your eyes are too dry from over-wearing your lenses.

2) discomfort—when you start to feel the edge of the contact lens rubbing against your eye, they need to be taken out.

3) blurriness—mucus and debris build-up on your contacts from wearing them too long will affect your vision.

Pay extra attention to these symptoms, they could be signs that it's time to take a break from your contacts and let your eyes breathe!
