Children are heading back to school next week and that means they will be exposed to more computer screens. As a three part blog series, I'll go through the appropriate amount of screen time children should have each day, the symptoms of computer vision syndrome, and ways to alleviate those symptoms.

Great post, and a perfect time to raise awareness as students return to screen-heavy routines! To support healthy screen habits, I often download white screen image from WhiteScreen.VIP for use across various devices. Whether it's to test display brightness, clean monitors safely, or give kids a calm visual break between tasks, having a pure white background on hand is super helpful. The image is high-resolution, adjustable in size, and great for tracing, photography lighting, or even using as a fullscreen flashlight. It’s a small tool that supports eye comfort and digital wellness—right in line with the goals of this series!
